Active Accounts

Data is retained securely for the lifetime of your active subscription.

Account Termination

Upon termination of your contract, Ursara will securely delete your tenant database and associated vaulted documents after a standard 30-day grace period, unless a specific data export or longer retention is requested for compliance reasons.

User-Initiated Deletion

You can manually delete documents or records within the platform. Once deleted, the data is removed from our active databases immediately and purged from secure backups within 30 days.
